The thrill seekers might argue that it’s not a legit Bungee jump at all, but hey, at least for the tame individuals the Bungee Workout is the closest that they can get to the real deal. Started in Bangkok, the workout is literally a marriage of resistance training and aerobics. The workout kicks off by strapping individuals onto the resistant bungee ropes that are suspended from the ceiling, in order to enable them to perform manoeuvres (like bouncing off the walls or flying through mid-air) they wouldn’t otherwise be able to do. We heard that it’s possible to burn up to 1000 calories per class, depending on the amount of effort you put in. Sounds fun? Check out the video below.
